Php 3500 per month maximum of 2 persons, without air-con

Php 5000 per month maximum of  2 persons, with air-con




TERMS OF PAYMENT

1 month deposit 1 month advance

Electricity will be paid by the tenant ( every room has a sub meter)

• Additional of Php 100 for every person added (Transient)
